The magic atmosphere of Scandone swimming pool at night: a fusion of colours, flags, supporters, swimmers and athletes from other disciplines, and applauses for everyone, both Italians and rivals. Not to mention diving competitions at Mostra d’Oltremare, with 490 tickets sold in a few hours, and Palajacazzi in Aversa, with a thousand spectators came to see the US vs China basketball match and the college stars on the field of play, one of the main attractions of the competition. Tickets were rapidly sold out in three venues of the Universiade, but other locations were full of spectators as well: from pavilion 5 for the judo tournament to Palavesuvio, Napoli 2019 home of gymnastics.
